Immerse yourself in the complexity and vulnerability of being a CEO with 14 other smart and courageous entrepreneurs from around the globe. The Summer 2014 CEO Bootcamp in Italy will be a mix of pragmatic wisdom from Jerry, poolside talks, hikes, meditation, shared meals and lots of honest conversation. You will leave with greater awareness of your personal leadership habits as well as a customized strategy for being the leader you want to be and a network of peers that you can rely on. Bootcamp will be both rigorous and relaxing.
When: June 4-8, 2014. Wednesday evening through Sunday afternoon.
What: The CEO Bootcamp, Tuscan style: 4 nights at Boschi di Montecalvi, a private Tuscan villa perched on the hills of Maremma in the middle of a large unspoiled natural park. Retreat includes a trip to Medieval town of Suvereto, Etruscan Thermal Pools and daily hiking and yoga.
Who: You + 14 other CEOs will be led by Jerry Colonna, Sam Elmore, Michael Rich and Ali Schultz through a rigorous yet restorative weekend set at Boschi di Montecalvi.
How Much? $8500. Includes shuttle service to/from Boschi di Montecalvi and the Pisa Airport, lodging for 4 nights, meals during the retreat, group trips to Suvereto and Etruscan thermal pools.
More Info: You’ll be shuttled to and from the Pisa airport (~ 1 hour) to enjoy 4 nights of exclusive retreat access at one of Tuscany’s best kept secrets, Boschi di Montcalvi, perched on the hills of Maremma. Meals include top wines and “cantine” from the region. Each evening, a representative from a different local “cantina” will come to explain their wines and match wines with food. Friday evening we’ll adventure to the medieval village of Suvereto, and Saturday evening we’ll visit the nearby thermal springs.

You’re the CEO of a tech startup that has employees.
This is the first time you have been a CEO within a company of this scale.
You’ve logged immeasurable hours and have made tremendous sacrifices.
You’ve had success with your company. You realize there is more to this game than “success.”
You may be tired, but you must be vulnerable, curious and courageous.
Check your schedule:
You must arrive in Pisa/Pisa International Airport by 5pm Wednesday June 4.
You will be returned to Pisa/Pisa International Airport by 11am Monday June 9.
Registration will be open through April 20, 2014. (Closes at Midnight, MST.)
15 first-time CEOs will be selected and notified by April 21, 2014. Payment will be due upon notification of acceptance of application.
